If you receive the error "This user-id is already signed on using another browser - press Ok to continue and take over that session", it could be caused by one of three things:
- You are already logged into SiteBuilder using a different browser or browser window. Just click OK to continue.
- Someone else is logged into your site using SiteBuilder, from a different location. Click OK to kick them off, and take over the editing session. Only one person can be logged in to edit your site at a time.
- If you have firewall software like Zone Alarm, eTrust EZ, etc., it may be blocking or corrupting cookie files. This will cause problems with logging into SiteBuilder, which relies on a safe type of cookie (1st party). Try disabling the firewall software to see if this solves your problem. If it works, then you may need to dig into the software a bit to see if you can alter how it is handling cookies, or perhaps just disable the firewall software while you are using SiteBuilder.
