Accessing the SiteBuilder

NOTE: The developer of the QTH.com SiteBuilder has discontinued all development. Thus, there will be no further support or enhancements. We STRONGLY encourage you to switch to a different web development platform, such as WordPress, which can easily be installed via our cPanel control panel. Please Contact Us if you need help or advice with installing and switching to a new system.

What is the QTH.com SiteBuilder?

The QTH.com SiteBuilder system is our original drag-and-drop web site builder. Unfortunately, the developer of this system has abandoned the development of the SiteBuilder, so there are no further updates or support available.  SiteBuilder sites can no longer be maintained with newer versions of Internet Explorer, however Firefox and Chrome mostly work. Firefox seems to be the best browser to use when editing SiteBuilder sites at this time.

Who can use SiteBuilder?

SiteBuilder is available only for our web hosting customers. If you have ONLY purchased a domain name (usually $9.95+ per year) and are NOT paying a monthly fee for web hosting, then the SiteBuilder is not available for you. See https://hosting.qth.com for our Web Hosting Packages, which all include the SiteBuilder software.

How can I access my SiteBuilder?

If you are a web hosting customer at QTH.com and would like to use the Site Builder for your web site, simply go to http://www.yourdomain.com/zen (of course, replace 'yourdomain.com' with your actual domain name.) and log in with your QTH.com Web Hosting Username and Password, and you can immediately start building your web site with the SiteBuilder.

How can I upgrade to the PRO version of SiteBuilder?

The PRO version of SiteBuilder is now free for all customers. If you still see "Free Version" after logging in, please contact us to get this fixed for you.

I have more questions. Where can I get support for SiteBuilder?

As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we will assist as quickly as possible. As mentioned above, the original developer of the SiteBuilder software has abandoned the development of the SiteBuilder, so there are no further updates or support available, so our ability to assist with some problems may be limited.

What other tools can I use to build my site besides SiteBuilder?

We highly recommend using WordPress for your website. Our cPanel control panel has a one-click installer to make installing WordPress easy for your site. We further recommend that WordPress be installed in a temporary sub-domain, to allow you to learn about WordPress, and to begin rebuilding your website, without disrupting your current site. If/when you are ready to go live with your new WordPress-based website, please contact QTH.com Support, and we will gladly take care of the work to archive your old site, and move your new site into place as your live website.  If you have any questions about using WordPress, or about the transition from SiteBuilder to WordPress, please contact us.
