Credit Card Charge Failure due to Incorrect Billing Address

Our billing system currently has a bug where, in certain situations, the billing address for your credit card is shown incorrectly during the payment process.  It may appear that the correct billing address is being used, but the system is, instead, using an incorrect address.

To confirm that the correct address is being used, start the payment process again:
  1. Log in at https://hosting.qth.com
  2. Under My Account, click View Invoices.
  3. Click "Unpaid" next to any invoice that you wish to pay.
  4. Confirm that the Payment Method is "Credit Card", then click "Pay Now"
  5. On the next screen, you will be able to enter in the correct billing address. Click "Enter New Card" first, then after that, click "Change" next to Billing Address.  See Screen Shot:
    Pay by Credit Card
  6. At this point, you can enter in your correct billing address (i.e. where your credit card statement is mailed, or the address your credit card provider has on file for your account), then proceed to enter in the rest of the credit card details, and submit payment.
If you have any questions or problems, feel free to contact us.
