Listing of Files in web browser

When a user comes to a directory or "folder" on your web site, if you do not have a file called index.htm or index.html inside that directory/folder, the user will see a listing of all the files in that directory.

If you want to stop that from happening, you have two choices:

1) Put a file called index.html into that folder.
2) Log into your cPanel control panel and go into the Index Manager system. It will allow you to turn on or turn off directory listings, on a per-directory level.
