- In Windows Live Mail, right-click your email account and select Properties.
- From the Servers tab, under Outgoing Mail Server, select My server requires authentication.
- Click "Apply"

Services Issue – Mailman
Fri Apr 28, 2025 13:18 CDT - We are aware of an issue with cPanel Mailman mailing lists. We have opened a ticket with cPanel who has indicated they are aware of several Mailman issues and stated they "do not have a specific ETA" for a resolution, and they are "aware of the problem and working on a solution." If you would like to be kept up-to-date with the resolution of these Mailman issues, please open a Help Desk Ticket and we will let you know as soon as we have a solution from cPanel themselves.
