Mac Mail

When trying to configure Mac Mail for SMTP, you will need to enable SSL, and enter in the name of the server (for example www8.qth.com) and not the mail server listed in your instructions (for example mail.yourdomain.com).

This is due to a bug in Mac Mail, which breaks support for plain authentication when using certain mail servers, including the type of server that we use.
